Cine Samrat Raigad Short-Film Festival is an endeavour to encourage, guide and promote local talent, interested in pursuing film-making as a career opportunity.
Come and learn various aspects of film-making from renowned industry specialists and shoot your own film under guidance from renowned film-makers. You also get to showcase your films in a grand screening event to a jury of celebrity judges and take your work to the entire world via digital platforms.

Anyone from Raigad district can register their teams on Cine Samrat website.

Following is the eligibility criteria to participate in Cine Samrat:
  • Each participant should be assigned proper roles and departments. Example -Actor, Script-writer, Director, Cameraman, Editor etc.
  • Each department can have multiple members.
  • Every participant should be from Raigad district.
  • This competition is for amateurs only.

Yes. One college or taluka can enter more than one club.

The winners of each category will receive cash prizes and trophies at the grand screening event.

A team leader is the person who will register the rest of his team on the Cine Samrat website. He will be responsible for all activities like uploading etc.

Master-Class is an interactive online workshop where industry experts teach everything about film-making followed by a question - answer session.

All the members of a registered team can attend the Master-Class online.

All team members have to complete step-1 of registration to create their user profile and login.

Teams can explore branding opportunities inside the film to recover their production cost.

Teams should not exceed the budget of 50,000 rupees for the production.

Registration fee for each team is Rs. 1000 only.
